FAQ

“If you prick us, do we not bleed? If you tickle us, do we not laugh? If you poison us, do we not die?” -WS

We are an appointment-only tattoo shop and do not take walk-ins. Our hours strictly depend on when an artist is present doing a tattoo, so please do not stop in unexpected or unannounced to ask questions about your tattoo idea.

We charge a flat rate which takes the guessing out of how much our clients owe at the end of the appointment. Your price will be determined at the consultation with your artist.
1. $500 - few hours
2. $800 - half day session
3. $1000 - full day session

Yes, a nonrefundable deposit is required at the consultation in order to set up a tattoo appointment with your artist. $100 of that deposit will not go toward your appointment since it covers consultation time, drawing time, and setup. The remaining deposit will go towards your tattoo appointment.

$200 for single-shot piece

$300 for half sleeves or similar sized tattoos

$400 for full sleeves

No.

On a case by case basis, but typically, no. Please set up a consultation to see if it's something the artist is willing to take on.

Do not expect to see your design until the day of your appointment.

Unfortunately, a tattoo shop is not the safest place for the little ones.

Preferably not. If you must please let the artist know and limit it to one friend.

If you're a drinker, the night before the tattoo is not the best time to overdo it.

Start hydrating the night before, make sure you get plenty of rest the morning of.

Have a nice square meal at least a couple hours prior to the appointment.

Bring snacks and water.

Please make sure your hygiene is in order considering your closeness to the artist for an extended period of time.

Leave the bandage on for at least a couple of hours. Once you take it off, gently wash the tattoo with warm water and an antimicrobial or antibacterial soap. When clean, keep it dry for the rest of that night.

After a couple days of keeping it clean and dry, start using a moisturizer. We recommend Aveeno lotion non-additive. If you want to use a medicated ointment use Aquaphor (a little goes a long way and you should only use that for a couple days then switch to a good non-additive lotion for the duration of the healing process).

Stay out of the sun and do not submerge your tattoo in any water for at least 2 weeks.

If you have animals, protect the tattoo from being accidentally scratched or licked.

YOU'RE GONNA DIE!

Just kidding, this is totally normal and part of the healing process. The outer layer of the skin is renewing and healing itself, thus peeling the old layer away. Itching can also happen during healing.

Do not assist in the peeling!

Do not itch your tattoo!

Itching could cause serious damage, an infection, or even ruin a fresh tattoo.

Life happens, we ask that you please give the artist at least 24 hour notice.
